The EziTen bolt is an evolution of the DSI Underground Hi-Ten cable bolt. By utilising a DSI Strand Locker we combine a barrel and wedge support 21.8mm cable with a thread tensioning system. Pretension of the cable is available with a regular bolting machine (no special hydraulic tensioner required). The pre-tension is a result of the torque applied by the tensioning dolly onto the large nut, a chart of potential results is goven overleaf. The strand locker unit is pre-tensioned to the cable bolt at DSI and shipped ready to install with a compatible dome plate.

The DCP cable bolt is a high load, flexible cable version of a tried and proven solid DCP bolt. The DCP cable is anchored in to strata with a rotationally engaged (threaded) expansion shell. Tension is applied using a nut on the DCP cables tensioning head. The cable is post grouted via the top down method using a grout port on the tensioning head. The cable is assembled at DSI and shipped ready to install with a compatible dome plate.
