FASLOC^® Extreme resin is a primary component of the PEAK resin bolting system, enabling radial micro mixing via the herringbone bolt pattern.

TORQ resin capsules are formulated for optimal spin to stall information performance. Spin to stall installatiions does not employ a hold time to allow the upper fast set-time resin to harden before pre-tensioning. Removing the hold time can improve roof bolt installation time cinsistency, and pre-tension levels remain.

The TORQ resin capsule contains two-parts: a mastic compartment, and an oil-based catalyst compartment at a ratio of 11:1. Bolt rotation during installation ruptures and shreds the resin capsule compartments enabling the two components to mix. Mixing commences the chemical reaction transforming the liquids into a hard and solid bolt anchor.

FASLOC^© RL formulation was developed to better match the Posimix Bolts and other highly aggressive mixing bolts in reducing insertion force pressures during bolting. Cost effiency's can be delivered through reducing stock loss and high disposal charges due to the 9 month shelf life. (see below)

The FASLOC^© Two speed resin anchor is atwo part mastic and oil based catalyst at a ratio of 11:1, pre-packaged into a single cartridge with two distinct resin gel times. This provides a seperate point anchor and tension time for rock bolting
